Terms and conditions

  • These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Celestial Medicine and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by, Celestial Medicine. By booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.


    All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with Celestial Medicine, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Celestial Medicine sends a confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between Celestial Medicine and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force. Celestial Medicine reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The person or persons named on the booking are hereafter referred to as the “Client”.

    All bookings are made with Celestial Medicine are described in this website. Celestial Medicine will contact you within 48 hours, regarding your completed registration to confirm your participation in your selected trip. Celestial Medicine encourages you to refrain from purchasing non-refundable travel until you receive the email confirmation from CMR staff.


    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required for your booking to be confirmed. This amount is applied to your total cost. If your booking is made within 20 days of the departure date then 100% the full amount of the trip is due immediately following registration.


 Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a registration form and an invoice for the balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. You may pay with Pay Pal or a credit card. Please note a fee of 4% will automatically be added to all credit card payments.


    We must pay our tour operators in advance; therefore we must collect your full payment no later than 30 days in advance of the start of the retreat. If you do not pay in full in 30 days or more from retreat date, we will add $150 late payment fee to your invoice.


    If you cancel before more than 30 days prior to the retreat, monies received beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded (less any credit card fees, if applicable). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start of the Sacred Enchantress retreat, a refund of monies paid beyond the non-refundable deposit is only available if you can provide another client to fill your space. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have costs already incurred when reserving tours and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. To insure yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.


    We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due to not enough participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid (less credit card fees). We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster war, political upheaval, or any other circumstance outside of our control, we cannot guarantee any refunds. To cover these risks, again, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.


    The Sacred Enchantress retreat does not include national or international airfare. Celestial Medicine strongly recommends you wait until the trip is confirmed to run before booking airfare or making any non-refundable travel arrangements.


    We strongly suggest that each trip member purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. It can be a minimal expense for the benefits it provides. We suggest that you include the “cancel for any reason” option and a policy that includes medical coverage. The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance.

    Travel insurance can protect you in case:

    • you cancel your participation in the retreat

    • retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, political upheaval, war, or not enough participants to run the trip

    • lost or delayed baggage

    • medical expenses should you become ill or injured


    offers a variety of travel insurances, including the option for a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” policy. If you have to cancel your participation in the retreat, your airfare, hotel, retreat costs, etc. up until 48 hours prior to travel, are typically covered. There are plenty of other insurance companies, so please do research to find what meets your needs best. Please note, it is common with many companies that you must purchase the policy within 15 days of buying your airline tickets or incurring any costs for any part of your travel (like paying the deposit with us).

    **Please note that Celestial Medicine’s Sacred Enchantress retreat is only being offered to women over 21 years of age.
    Agreement* I have read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware this is a release of liability and a contract between Celestial Medicine and myself, and I agree with the terms.

Disclosure and Release Form

  • I understand that Celeste Creel is a Holistic Energy Healer having received certification as a Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy, Angel Healing and Aka Dua.

    She is not a physician, psychologist or licensed as psychotherapist.

    I, therefore, am not seeking diagnosis for any mental or emotional disorder, nor am I seeking counseling.  I am voluntarily requesting energy healing, spiritual understanding, behavioral improvement and/or self-development.  This may include fully clothed breath work, guided imagery, movement, energy and crystal healing.

    The treatment provided by Celestial Medicine is alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state, and none of the modalities mentioned are licensed by the state.

    Such practice is fully permissible under the Business and Professions Code Sections 2052, 2053.5 and 2053.6 in effect as of January, 2003.

    I am advised to maintain appropriate care and treatment from my medical doctor, chiropractor, acupuncturist, herbalist, psychologist or other caregivers in order to maintain an effective network of health care on all levels.

    I take full responsibility for how I choose to interpret and implement all information and experience derived from any sessions I may have with Celeste.  I am responsible for my own life, choices and actions, which includes financial responsibility agreed to by my spouse or family, if applicable.

    I, the undersigned, therefore, release Celeste Creel from all liability, demands, claims, actions, loss, costs, risk, or compensation for indirect, incidental or consequential damages whether physical, mental or practical resulting from initial and succeeding sessions.
