Celestial Medicine LLC Retreat Participant Agreement and Waiver of Liability

1. Waiver of Liability and Release Agreement By signing this agreement, the Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges Celestial Medicine LLC, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all claims, causes of action, and liability arising out of or connected in any way with the Participant's involvement in the retreat organized by Celestial Medicine LLC. 2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Clause The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from or are related to the Participant's participation in the retreat or related activities. 3. Medical Care Clause The Participant understands that the Company shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may arise, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, during the retreat. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that they are in adequate health to participate. The Participant releases the Company from any claims related to medical care, treatment, or services rendered or not rendered in connection with their involvement in the retreat. 4. Certification and Assumption of Risk The Participant certifies that they will fully and completely assume all risks related to their participation in the retreat, including any potential injury or harm, whether foreseen or unforeseen. The Participant acknowledges that they are of legal age and competent to enter into this agreement. 5. Personal Property Acknowledgment The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their equipment and all personal property during the retreat. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Participant's personal property while attending the retreat. 6. Photographic Release The Participant grants and conveys all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographic images, video, and audio recordings taken during the retreat to Celestial Medicine LLC. The Participant understands that these may be used for promotional and marketing purposes and agrees to this release. 7. Governing Law This document shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permitted under United States and Scottish law. By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
